Key Tasks:

Product Management:

  • Get knowledge of product features, product application via studying product documents and collaborate with Principle.
  • Conduct research to identify customer needs, market trends and competitor features to propose product solutions to Business Management.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and product performance training to our customers, ensure that customers are able to utilize our product features to meet or exceed their needs.
  • Develop a standard product knowledge for salesperson and provide training on product features, product solutions, market and competitor product comparison to sales teams to make sure that they reach or over the required standard product knowledge.
  • Product positioning: Work on developing and communicating the unique selling propositions of the product. Understand the target audience and tailor marketing messages accordingly.
  • Product Launch: Assist in the planning and execution of product launches. This includes creating marketing materials, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring a successful introduction to the market.

Training and Education:

  • Develop training documents on product features, product solutions, market and competitor product comparison.
  • Conduct product training for Sales team and customer at least for basic product level.
  • Cooperate with HR department to make sure that all Salesperson meet standard training requirements. Conduct refresh training or training for Salesperson who does not meet standard product knowledge.

Sales support:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with the necessary product knowledge and support. Assist in the development of sales strategies and materials.
  • Involve in organizing conference, symposia, product group presentation, seeding & clinical trials.
  • Update technical specifications of reagent and analyzer which are submitted tender dossiers, sales projects.

Customer Engagement:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product improvements and marketing strategies.
  • Involve in customer complaints, provide advices/consulting to fix product application problems. Provide re-fresh training to our customers to ensure that they are able to utilize our product features to meet or exceed their needs.
  • Address issues and challenges related to the product, whether they are technical or customer-oriented. Provide solutions and work with relevant teams to implement improvements.

Marketing Execution:

  • Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Conduct research to identify opportunities for product improvement or expansion.
  • Create and execute multichannel marketing campaigns, including digital, print and events, to reach target audience effectively.
  • Collaborative with the sales team to develop promotional materials, sales tools, and training programs.
  • Conduct survey after marketing events or before launching a new product to provide improvements to PM.
  • Responsible for Admin scope and manage a team internal or external to run Admin tasks.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Stay abreast of industry regulations and ensure all marketing materials and product messaging complying with relevant guidelines.
  • Work closely with Operations to facilitate product registrations and approvals.

Other task assigned by Product Manager

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, medicine, or Associate degree in pharmacy. A background in life sciences or healthcare is preferred.
  • Proven experience in product management, with a focus on medical products or healthcare solutions.
  • Skills:

    • Analytical mindset.
    • Customer-oriented mindset.
    • Good at English.
