The officially launched the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations project.
On August 12, 2022, MEDIGROUP Vietnam & KPMG in Vietnam officially launched the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations project in Ho Chi Minh City.
Opening the event, Mr. Jakob Skou Nielsen, Project Sponsor and Steering Committee from MediGroup shared some challenges and how KPMG helped overcome them in the current project and in the future, especially the commitment between two parties.
The solution, chosen by MediGroup, serves as a tool for information organization and administrative reports including Financial & Operations management and PowerBI. The project is expected to be implemented within 06 months.
Besides, Mr. Will Nguyen, Partner, Head of IT Consulting and Digital Innovation Services and Ms. Oanh Tran, Project Manager from KPMG in Vietnam have shared the overall strategy and analyze the project implementation methodology of KPMG, roles & responsibilities of the project team. At the same time, KPMG also proposed a well-corporate plan between Medigroup & KPMG to reduce risk during implementing project.
With the motto “Business as the core, and IT as the supplements”, the project team makes sure to strictly adhere to standard functions before implementing customization. As this initiative requires full cooperation and support of all departments within the company, each department should actively utilize internal resources and participate actively to ensure efficient and punctual progress. The project must first pay attention to the company’s main and key needs, continuous optimization and continuous improvement. The success of the D365 project will definitely help us improve efficiency, increase decision-making, and reduce costs.
