KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define the company’s goals, development direction, and mission. Coordinate with the Executive Management Board to develop vision, mission, core values, and long-term goals.
- Adjust the regulations in the company to ensure the business is in line with the core values and culture, and maintain the discipline to move towards the business goals.
- Managing the Departments to develop goals and targets for each department to ensure the completion of the company’s overall goals.
- Implement business strategies to expand the company’s production scale and increase profits such as investment plans, business plans, branding plans, product promotion plans.
- Plan to implement the most effective investment options, optimize costs and get the maximum profit.
- Develop a business plan that aligns with the short-term and long-term goals of the company.
- Develop budgets and define costs for projects.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education/ Training:
- University graduate with a major in Business Administration, Economics and Commerce overseas.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the medical equipment trade overseas companies
- Knowledge of domestic and foreign medical equipment markets and laws.
- Have the ability to identify, analyze and evaluate the market, and have an excellent strategic mindset.
Languages:
Mandatory: Proficiency in English.
