Job Scope

In charge of Administration, event coordinator and Digital support tasks of Marketing Department. Ensure all the internal operations of Marketing Department perform effectively under the company policies. Involve in and support Digital Marketing tasks and plan for Diagnostics products of the company.

Key Tasks

Events management & Marketing administration:

  • Marketing events organizing including hospital seminar, national congress, company scientific event & digital marketing event: in charge of event registration, logistics preparation, sponsorship documents and contracts, related meeting and claiming payments for events.
  • MKT budget tracking and monitoring: breakdown cost from actual expenses of MKT campaign and events.; Process and manage all Marketing payments following company policies.
  • Marketing materials/ Product documents production and inventory: finding suppliers, follow-up production process and payment, editing/designing product documents; Gimmick, brochure, and gift management.
  • Support product data consolidation and analysis, including product master data, pricing references, tender-related information, and sales volume tracking, under guidance of Product Managers.
  • Report by assignment from Line Manager: Marketing budget, annual event management, marketing promotion programs, product data analysis reports, and coordination reports related to import-export and customs activities.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the Marketing Department, including marketing document processing (official letters, customer notifications), meeting organization, and support for internal training activities through event preparation and related tasks.
  • Cross – function cooperate for Marketing related tasks with other Department such as Sales, Customer Service, Supporting, Finances.

Digital marketing:

  • Responsible for creating and executing visual tools delivered to social: videos, product info, translation, etc as per marketing plan, in cooperation with Product Managers.
  • Monitoring & internal reports the communication channels of the company: website, fan page, YouTube.

Job Requirement

Education/ Training Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree (preferable in Management/Economics/Business Administration/ or related disciplines).
  • Having knowledge of Digital Marketing: certificates or degree is a plus.

Experiences:

  • Good analytical skills with the ability to work with data, reports, and structured information; well-organized and detail-oriented.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in a secretary, business support, or assistant role.
  • Experience in medical or pharmaceutical companies is an advantage.
